Privacy policy

KeepCold Backup is a static website. Pages are files. There is no account, no shopping cart, and no contact form that could collect a message. The calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you type are not submitted to a KeepCold server by the calculator script.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 are optional and off in this build unless a real measurement ID was present when the site was built. Consent defaults to denied. The page does not insert those scripts, and it does not send an analytics request, until the ID exists and you choose Allow analytics in the footer. Placeholder IDs and the word “disabled” are ignored rather than treated as working tags.

If you allow analytics later, the events this site is prepared to send are a calculator completion (mode, duration, and whether startup watts were present — not the wattage you typed) and an outbound click (manufacturer or affiliate, and the brand). Denying analytics after a script has already loaded does not unload that script for the current page view. Reload the page after denying if you want a clean view.

Search-console checks

Google Search Console and Bing verification meta tags are emitted only when a real token is configured. An empty value or the word “disabled” does not pretend the site is verified.

Other sites

Manufacturer, government, and analytics hosts you open have their own policies. This site does not sell personal information. It also does not operate a public dashboard of traffic or commissions. Those figures are unavailable, and unavailable is not reported as zero.
