About KeepCold Backup

KeepCold Backup is a planning reference for U.S. households looking at portable power stations during a refrigerator or freezer outage. It publishes a calculator, four manufacturer claims, and the limits of both. It is not a laboratory, not a utility, and not a store.

What was checked

The four capacity, continuous, and surge figures are manufacturer claims recorded November 7, 2026. On that date the official product URLs were checked. Where the page text matched, the product cards say so. The Explorer 1000 v2 page contained both 1,070 Wh in a specifications row and 1,024 Wh in a description sentence. The calculator uses 1,070 Wh, and the conflict is shown on the card. Nothing on this site was physically tested, and no author biography is invented to make the pages sound inspected.

What is not published yet

The operator’s legal name, mailing address, and public contact method are omitted on purpose. They were not supplied. Inventing them would be worse than leaving them blank. The contact page states the missing launch item directly.

How the pages are limited

There are no extra keyword pages, no competitor roundups, and no borrowed product photos. Drawings are original. Links to EcoFlow and Jackery currently go to the manufacturer URLs. Affiliate URLs are empty until an approved Awin, EcoFlow, or Jackery link is added in the central product file. The affiliate disclosure and the method page are the place to read the rules this site is holding itself to.

Editorial scope follows the public Google Search spam policies. The useful pages are the calculator and the guides in the footer. This deployment is marked noindex until the owner launches an approved domain.
